Nestled in Port Orchard, WA, TBD Pottery transforms clay into personal narratives under the skilled hands of Jacob Cowan. Starting his clay journey with a simple pinch pot in Hawaii, Jacob's deep connection with pottery blossomed during his high school years under Mr. Disney's mentorship at South Kitsap H.S. Now, as a proficient potter, Jacob draws artistic inspiration from social media, constantly refining a style that emphasizes form over glaze. He views pottery as a dance of techniques, teaching with a focus on individual expression and turning his hobby into a sustainable career by prioritizing the joy of teaching.

Jacob champions sustainability by recycling all his materials, and his collaborative spirit is fueled by connections within the local and global pottery communities, notably his woodfire group. Always looking to innovate, Jacob plans to merge traditional pottery with wood and metal.
